Long Tail Indexing or LTI (Long Tail Indexing)

Announcement from Theme Zoom programming staff:

Long Tail Indexing or LTI (Long Tail Indexing) is coming soon to Theme Zoom users.

Theme Zoom is developing an internal rating system for Long Tail Keywords. This will provide a proprietary TZ Value to Long Tail Keywords and Expert Verbiages within your Vertical Market Drilldown.

We are very excited about this development and hope to bring it to you as soon as possible.

Definition: Micro Niches and Phrases

Micro niche and phrase keywords are often used to fill out theme density within your website although you may occasionally find Niches appropriate as article topics. There are often valuable Long Tail keywords or "expert verbiage" located in these categories. They may not have a high TRI value but they may attract highly qualified and pre-sold buyers to your website. This is because Long Tail keywords are often research terms and phrases used by experts and information-gathering shoppers about a topic, theme, product or service.

Important: One of the mistakes that many people make is to disregard keywords that do not have cost and traffic associated with them. While it makes sense to begin your website architecture by drilling into broad themes and topics that have cost and traffic, do not ignore the keywords that contain the root word (headword) of your parent themes and search engine proven synonyms.

Filter By Long Tail Keywords

The purpose of the Filter by Longtail Keywords filter is to allow you more control over the length of the keywords and keyword phrases returned to the Zoom Analysis Screen.

When you are in the later phases of your website architecture development, you will likely be far more interested "expert verbiage" and "long tail keywords" than when you are just starting out.

During the early stages of your website development- assuming you are building from scratch- you will be researching your basic topics and themes while getting a feel for your overall vertical market and latent tangent markets.

This is why you need to think ahead when you are deleting selected keywords from the Zoom Analysis Screen. Once you delete them, they cannot be returned except by performing another drilldown into the same Parent Theme. In other words, there is no "undo" function for the Delete Selected Keywords.

A common error is to filter out from the Zoom Analysis Screen, Microniches and Phrases that qualify as Expert Verbiage and Long Tail Keywords from the Zoom Analysis Screen.
