Brand YOU is the "longest tail" revolution.
Hi Folks,
The "Longest Tail" cometh.
We all have heard about "the long tail".
But what is the longest tail market?
When Theme Zoom was first being designed on a napkin (or was it a place mat) at Denny's restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, we were throwing around the concept of how Chris Anderson's "The Long Tail" would literally reshape the value systems and buying habits of our children.
With the death of the "manufactured blockbuster" comes the death of impersonal branding.
Where the "hit" used to drive the economy, now we have the You Tube personalized channel. Blender companies can make people laugh for free and sell more product than dumping 500K into a big branding campaign.
What does this mean to the future of keyword research?
What does this mean to the future of SEO?
Everyone is crying "revolution" it seems.
Today Web Pro World video news produced "SEO Marketing Revolution".
Jerry West uses SEO Revolution as the name of his elite insider mentoring club. (Recommended).
We agree there is a revolution at hand.
The sooner you understand exactly what this revolution REALLY is, and what it really means to you- the sooner the quality of your life will take a major turn for the better.
For big branding, it means letting go of many ideas that have seemed to work in the past, but are not working anymore.
For the individual, it means letting go of many business models that have seemed to work in the past, but are not working anymore.
This is no longer esoteric speculation.
YOU are the longest tail, or BRAND YOU as Tom Peters likes to spin it.
