Google DoubleClick Deal Causes Congressional Antritrust Investigation.

Hi folks,

Hopefully you already know that Google purchased DoubleClick for 3.1 billion dollars back in April.

There are several companies that are not happy with this deal and are “running scared”. These include Microsoft and AT&T.

Currently Committees in both the house and the Senate are investigating to see if this union breaks any antitrust and privacy laws. They plan to hold hearings this fall.

This is definitely something that I saw coming.
