Ramona Explains the Help Desk and Knowledge Base

Hi folks,

We are getting a massive response to our new products, including TLKT (The Last Keyword Tool) and other technologies we have built primarily to enhance our Core Product (The Krakken Vertical Online Market Research and Website Silo Blueprint Application)

As we begin to explode with questions and requests there are a few items that need to be clarified for folks requesting help and assistance.

Ramona explains how to use our Help Desk and Knowledge Base System in the following 3 minute audio:

Many of you have asked where the forum went and where the tutorials and PDF’s that used to be in the membership ares are now located.

They are in the knowledge base that is now a part of our Kayako help desk system.

You must register a SEPARATE username and password in order to access these and other documents. This means that the username and password for the various applications will not automatically get you into the help desk and knowledge base area.

In order to get to the help desk and knowledge base area, you may go directly to http://www.themezoom.com and under the heading “Login to Applications” click on the link that says “Submit a Help Ticket.” We will clarify this link to make it more clear that the knowledge base exists within the same area.

Some Things To Remember:

Ramona has been updating the knowledge base on a regular basis with new videos and documents as they arrive.

When you are asking for help, or reporting an error (God forbid) be sure to include the URL of the error with a SHORT explanation of what you were doing when the error occurred. A BONUS would be sending a screen capture from Snagit or Jing in order to help Ramona and our programmers be more clear about what the problem may be. This is not required, of course.

Many times rare problems will go away with a simple browser refresh. We appreciate any errors that you report, as these are fixed within minutes most of the time.

The Knowledge Base:

One of the most requested documents by consultants seems to be “The 12 Missed Opportunities.” This covers 11 podcast interviews with Theme Zoom architect Sue Bell. The link for this is here:
