(Coming Soon) TZ-DWS Krakken Step-By-Step Project Management System

By Russell

Hi folks,

The TZ-DWS project management system is almost here.

We announced the arrival of this tool in a previous blog post and video. Be sure to watch the videos above.

Recently the developer of DWS (Matt Da Cruz) has created his own video at my request, because he is after all, the main developer of this wrapper and market-swallowing-project-management system.

Here is Matt’s own video on the TZ-DWS SEO/SEM keyword research and market research Krakken project management System.

Today we are going to dive a tad deeper into what this system will provide, because a few questions have been coming in about this.

The TZ-DWS project is far more ambitious that some of you suppose. We will be expanding our explanation of this new system via a series of blog posts. Although we have tried to get this application to market this January, we are slightly behind schedule. We are looking at February 15th as a possible launch date, but will keep you informed.

The TZ-DWS Online Market Swallowing Project Management System is not merely a nice organizer to help you keep all of your stuff, like Google docs or something like that.

It is designed for you to think like a real SEO/SEM online marketing business. This is true in the sense that you can firewall your various departments/staff members into various buckets and yet manage the tasks required to publish your website. We have tried to demonstrate this in the following chart. (Click to enlarge).

As you can see in the above image, the Account Owner can hire or operate one or more virtual assistants on their account. You may decide for example, to have a project manager organize and control the tasking of several departments during the process of “swallowing your market whole.” The TZ-DWS system allows you to organize the the entire process of researching, planning, building your website. Finally it directs your off page project management including any social media campaigns and long term strategies.

Some of the departments (or process maps) the TZ-DWS software has taken into consideration is:

1. Market Research Team: Remember it is 90% research when it comes to building a profitable keyword-integrated Website Silo Architecture. This is what Krakken and Theme Zoom are all about.

2. The Web Graphic Team: Have you ever tried to have a programmer do your graphics. Yeah. Not a great idea. Try to think of the task of building a well-researched Website Architecture and creating a fantastic look and feel as representing two entirely different people. We have found that this always works best.

3. Development/Programmers Team: If you have any running scripts, or you need programmers to create any code, you will need to include this person or persons as part of your overall web team. An example is when you have a dynamic database website and/or you need your MYSQL data base to integrate with an online widget. There are many possibilities, but I think you get the picture.

4. The Content Team: This is a biggy for many of you . . . I know. The truth is that if you are a one man band you have enough on your plate just getting a bloody website up. So many one man shows are switching over to blogs for this very reason- so they can spend the lion’s share of their time publishing decent content.

There are several things that I can recommend that you do in order to increase your content publishing speed and efficiency. The ideal scenario is:

Don’t write your own articles! Outsource everything. The TZ-DWS system will make organizing this much faster and much easier. We have created application specs for several web firms. One of the main problems these companies face is writing, organizing and publishing content at a profitable speed.

If you are a one man show, and you are doing all the writing yourself you may want to increase your typing efficiency. This is something that I am working on myself, so don’t feel embarrassed if you cannot type well. I am a huge fan of David Allen and GTD. We both recommend this typing improvement program.

5. The SEO Team: These are the guys that make sure everything is optimized. They should NOT necessarily be the guys the produced the market research (step 1). The main job of the SEO is to make sure that the technical aspects of SEO are fully integrated. HTML tags etc, etc.

6. Server Network Team: These are the guys that deal with your server issues . . . and they are VERY important. One of the biggest causes for failure for beginners in my opinion is there lack of knowledge when it comes to server side issues. Even simple things like expiring domains can fall through the cracks and cost you thousands of dollars if you don’t have someone decent managing your servers. I tend to give these guys the job of maintaining domains as well. (Sue, Kelley or Matt may have a different opinion about this one. ;)

7. The Syndication Team: You will find that Matt has differentiated Syndication from the Content Team: I think this is a brilliant idea based on my own failed experiments. The functional aspects of creating and organizing decent content around your keywords and theme clusters is a workload in itself. The process of effectively syndicating the content to the correct high-leverage location is simply to exhausting to do after you spend time creating amazing content. Unless the syndication process is completely automated (which is seldom is . . . try actually USING products like SEO Nuke and Traffic Geyser if you think the high converting syndication is actually automated) you will simply get marginal results from the team performing the content. Thank you Matt Da Cruz for keeping these categories separate.

8 The Back Link Team: I you know anything about SEO at all, this one speaks for itself. It is different than syndication, because syndication will focus on the dissemination of your content through many different networks. Not only will we be showing you the methods we use to create massive back links, we will be providing you with the organizational infrastructure to “think like a master back-link builder.” Remember that the Theme Zoom/Krakken technology is extremely sophisticated in that we do not simply tarted one keyword at a time. (Hunt and peck). We shape and sculpt your theme and based on the accounting ROI program Matt has added to TZ-DWS- you will know exactly which words are worth your time and focus for a back linking (and deep linking) campaign.

9. The Analytic Team: This is Sue Bell’s favorite area . . . or at least one of her many talents. Metrics, metrics metrics she likes to say. I agree. This is an extremely important part of any website development process, and yet it is the part that is most commonly done improperly or not at all. Sue Bell will cover more topics on this later. Suffice it to say that you need an expert person on your team to carefully implement the metrics and code for metrics during the website building process. Furthermore, this is another area besides “sales” where “the fortune is in the follow up.” Almost nobody I have ever consulted with adequately analyze and improve their web analytic and traffic data. Many people do not even bother to check it.
