New FTC Regulations for Bloggers, Floggers, and Webmasters

Hi folks,

Welcome to the Theme Zoom Market Research blog. I feel like it is my responsibility to give you a heads up about what is going down with the FTC starting today.

My affiliate mentor Jerry West has recently notified everyone about his inside conversations covering the new FTC regulations for Bloggers, Floggers and Webmasters.

Here is brief video synopsis covering the basics from Jerry and other sources:

It is pretty clear that the main focus of the FTC “attack” on the industry is to clean up the FLOG (fake blog) and other dishonest testimonial methods used by the “old boys club” methods and other “product launch” methods. This is not to say that the “Product Launch Formula” endorses the use of questionable testimonial techniques, but using “overly qualified” testimonials from JV collaborations will not qualify as a testimonial without following the proper FTC rules and regulations.

Here is the main thing covered in the new rules and FTC regulations:

1. Privacy Policy

2.  TOS (Terms of Service)

3.  Deceptive Advertising

4.  Hidden Continuity Practices

5.  Misleading Testimonial Practices

Now is the time to make sure that all of your blogs, websites and sales pages are effectively compliant.

This will help you avoid fines and major interruptions in you business work flow.

Hey! The “Last Keyword Tool” Free Trail is still up until December 30!
