One of the things we will discuss this year at TZ Certification 2010 is how you need to know enough about you or your clients business to create an irresistible offer. If you are going to do work as an SEO for a client, at the very least you should be able to rattle off your customers “Touchstone” part of the irresistible offer from the perspective of a prospect.
